Parental/Authorized User Access

Authorized User:

Students who rely on others for the payment of their bills are responsible for providing billing statements and payment deadline information to the responsible party or designating authorized users/payers through the online payment system. Designating an individual as an authorized user will allow them to receive emails in regards to billing statements, view account activity, and view payment history.

Please note: An account can have multiple authorized users. Access can be granted and removed by the student at any time. Becoming an authorized user on the Billing and Payment site is separate from Parent Proxy offered through the Financial Aid Office and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act form.
